In the north west of the fort is the ‘Gurdwara Choha Shaib’ which was built by Maharaja Ranjit Singh. The building has now become a place of worship for the Sikh community. According to a legend, the Sikh spiritual leader Guru Nanak had told Emperor Babur that he would rule India for seven generations and the prophesy came true.
